How does Kinwyn work?

Kinwyn works in three steps. Add an address or listing share, rate the home yourself, then invite the household so everyone sees the same list, must-haves, a map, and shared costs.

Is Kinwyn free?

Yes. Free has no card: one person, three homes, stars and comments, and one task list. Free is solo — inviting a partner or family needs Household ($12/mo or $79/yr).

Can partner and I use Free together?

No. Free is one person. Upgrade to Household to invite your partner onto the same shortlist. One checkout covers the household; members do not each pay.

How much does Kinwyn cost?

Kinwyn is free to start. Household is $12 per month or $79 per year and covers up to eight people on one checkout. Members do not each pay.

Who pays for Kinwyn — me or the household?

The household. One checkout unlocks Household for everyone you invite. Members do not each pay.

What is Kinwyn Household?

Household is Kinwyn’s paid plan: up to eight people, unlimited homes and task lists, must-haves and fit scores, a map of every listing, and a shared cost ledger. One checkout covers the household.

Can I cancel Kinwyn?

Yes. Open Subscription in Account and cancel there. Monthly or annual Household stays on until that period ends. Annual renews at $79 unless you cancel.

Is Kinwyn a real estate website?

No. Kinwyn is not a listing portal, MLS, or brokerage. You add the homes you are already considering. Beds, baths, size, and price show when you add them or when a licensed record is available.

How do I add a home in Kinwyn?

Can I invite my family to Kinwyn?

Not on Free. Household unlocks invites for up to eight people. Everyone sees the same homes, stars, must-haves, and notes. Members do not each pay.

Is Kinwyn private?

Yes. Homes you add stay with the people you invite. Kinwyn is not a public listing board. Household comments are not public reviews.

How do I download Kinwyn?

Install Kinwyn from the Download page on your phone or computer. Kinwyn is a web app — no App Store. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
